Through these uncertain times we understand our clients need clarity and deserve the best service we can offer. Behind the scenes, our team is continuing to work with our clients on new enquiries, updates on existing orders, new orders and, of course, deliveries. Here’s how:


Deliveries of our recently-arrived orders continue as normal, either with our in-house delivery team or via our professional, longstanding delivery partners locally and interstate. Prescribed guidelines for best practice contact-free delivery are being respected and our clients’ health and safety is our ever-present priority.

Existing orders

To date, existing orders are proceeding as usual with lead times of 14-16 weeks. Our brands are all based in Scandinavia and, while some have modified their production schedules in response to the COVID-19 crisis, lead times have not been impacted at this stage. As recently as the first week in April, our latest container departed Copenhagen and is due, as scheduled, in May 2020. We understand this is a particularly worrying time for our clients with orders on the way and welcome your calls and emails requesting updates. We will of course update all clients with existing orders as news of relevant changes to delivery schedules and lead times becomes available.

New orders

Firstly, huge thanks go to all our clients for continuing to support Scandinavian and Danish furniture in these very challenging times. For new enquiries, trade and professional quotations and new orders, please contact the showroom by phone and email as usual. We are also open by appointment for one-on-one consultations in store and working as creatively and responsively as we can.
