AJ Mini Table Lamp | Louis Poulsen

The AJ Mini Table Lamp emits downward directed light. The angle of the shade can be adjusted to optimize light distribution. The shade is painted white on the inside to ensure a soft comfortable light.

The AJ lamps were designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1957 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen (Radisson Blu), and contributed to the total design concept of the hotel. Several of the hotel items have achieved design icon status today, and among the lighting products the AJ lamps in particular have become world renowned.

In 2020, the 60th anniversary of the opening of the SAS Royal Hotel will be celebrated with the reintroduction of the AJ Table Mini which looks particularly at home on a window sill, on a bedside table or in combination with other occasional furniture. All the AJ Lamp versions will be reintroduced in the original stainless steel version, which reflects its surroundings in the spirit of Arne Jacobsen and emphasises the lamp’s minimalist and distinctive shape and flawless emission of light.

The white version is supplied with a white cable. The other versions are supplied with a black cable.
